WWPC Booking & Cancellation Rules:
- Block booked rallies must be booked in advance, i.e. before the first rally. You can opt to book in for one, two, or all three of the series but please indicate the dates you want to book in for. It is not possible to book in for the latter rallies after the closing date even if they are more than 3 days away.
- Cancellation of a rally is possible up to the rally's closing date, which is usually 3 days before the rally or respectively 3 days before the first rally in a series even if you are cancelling one of the latter rallies in the series. The cancellation date is shown in the ad for the rally.
- To cancel you must SEND A TEXT to the WWPC mobile (087-9673399) AND ANOTHER TEXT to our treasurer!!! It is your responsibility to send both texts.
- If you are booked in for a rally after the cancellation date you must pay for it whether you attend the rally or not since we must also pay the instructors.
- Payment for rallies is due before the start of a rally. All the rallies of a series of block booked rallies that you are booked in for must be paid before the start of the first rally in the series.
