Dressage or Flat Work Rallies
We sometimes offer special flat work rallies to improve this vital part of everyone's riding. Flat work improves ponies and horses, whereas without it their condition deteriorates. So if you want to keep your pony or horse a healthy mount you won't get around flat work.

If you want to do Combined Training or Horse Trials you must ride a Dressage Test so you need to practice the movements of the test.

Competitions
There is a Dressage team competition at the Area Qualifiers. The best teams compete at the national IPC finals. In 2008 our club sent a Dressage team to the Area Qualifiers for the first time.

Several of our members are also Dressage Ireland members and compete in their competitions. You can also compete with Dressage Ireland as a non-member but you will be charged a slightly higher entry fee.
