West Waterford Hunt Branch Booking + Cancellation Rules: you must book or cancel by the closing date, which is usually 2 weeks before the rally but may sometimes be earlier. Everyone booked in on the closing date must pay for their rally. Entries after the closing date taken strictly on a waiting list basis. We might slot you in if there is a late cancellation and the place is suitable for your standard. This is done at our discretion.
