Show Jumping

This is by no means a comprehensive guide to show-jumping. It is designed for beginners who have not done pony clubbing before and who would like a little guided tour of their options.

For detailed information on IPC show jumping please see the IPC Show Jumping rule book and the IPC Guide to Competition Ages!

Show-jumping is one of the most popular equestrian sports in Ireland. Pony Club offers show-jumping on different levels:

Rallies

Rallies usually consist of show jumping training unless they are specified as games rallies or dressage or flat work lessons. When you enter for a rally your club officials will make sure you get into a lesson suitable for you.
