WWPC Forms

These are some forms that WWPC members will be sent in the post at the appropriate time. However, if you lose yours this is an easy way to replace it.

You will need to send the following 3 forms in if you are a member of the WWPC and would like to apply for membership renewal - please fill them in and send them to our treasurer (including the photographic permission slip even though it says to send it to Kilkenny - our club will do this for you!)

The forms are only available in PDF format. This means it can take a minute or so to download them since PDF files are larger than (the normal) HTML files. Also you can only open PDF files if you have the Adobe Reader installed. This is a program that is available free from the company who make it. A lot of computers have it pre-installed.

If nothing happens when the status bar (bottom left of your screen) tells you that the page has finished downloading you probably don't have the Adobe Reader installed. Wait another few seconds to make sure - some computers take a few seconds to open the program. You can download the Adobe Reader safely from the Adobe website at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html. Instructions on how to download and install it are on that website.
